Home Renovations Builder Sandgate
Our team has been working on a renovation to a client’s house in Sandgate. Here is a bit more about the project:
The Brief: Anincrease in size of the pre-existing house. The old home house consisted of 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The renovation has transformed the house into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, plus the addition of a deck and carport.
Our approach to this home renovation: We have worked closely with the client to keep original VJ walls but also finding ways to modernise the property. We’ve also worked with the home owner’s cabinetmaker to utilise the existing areas and maximise storage. Plus the carport design was deliberately chosen to ensure that it kept with the character of the house.
Client feedback: We’ve received wonderful feedback from the client about how happy they have been with Augusta Homes as this project as progressed.
